World-Class Neuromuscular Therapy
Welcome to Stretch on the Go
The most comprehensive approach to neuromuscular therapy.
Whether you choose Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT), or Assisted Isolated stretching, all treatments include preliminary assessments to pin point-restricted areas. With over 20 years experience providing hands on therapy you can trust that your muscular discomfort will be reduced with one of our trusted modalities. Our goals are to improve function, strength, explosion, and improve trunk & spine mobility and range of motion.

Neuromuscular therapy (NMT)
Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is a thorough examination and treatment of the body’s soft tissues using hands-on techniques built upon a science-based foundation and guided by clinical evidence. NMT is highly effective for clients who present with chronic pain and is often successful in reducing or eliminating even longstanding painful conditions. The treatment involves using manual techniques to identify muscular trigger points and referral patterns. Moderate to deep pressure applied into areas of hypersensitivity “knots” or taut trigger points. We offer 1 hour or 1 ½ hour treatments, based on our assessment findings which will determine length of treatment.
Muscle Activation Technique (MAT)
Muscle tightness is secondary to muscle weakness
- A limitation in motion is an indicator that one or more of the muscles that cross that axis cannot contract efficiently
- When a muscle, or group of muscles, cannot contract efficiently it means that they cannot shorten effectively
- Inability of muscles to effectively shorten means the muscles on the opposite side of the axis cannot fully lengthen. This inefficiency in muscle contraction is expressed as muscle tightness.
MAT assesses range of motion (ROM) in order to determine which muscles are potentially weak
The primary benefit of MAT is its ability to assess, prepare, and improve an individual’s muscular system contractile capabilities in order to participate in and measure the tolerance to the demands of various forms of exercise.

Assisted Active Isolated Stretching
We offer assisted stretching packages for 30 minutes with our specialists. Active Isolated Stretch is a deep superficial fascia release of no longer than two seconds that allows the target muscles to optimally lengthen without triggering the protective stretch reflex and subsequent reciprocal antagonistic muscle contraction as the isolated muscle achieves a state of relaxation.
These stretches were developed by Aaron Mattes’, which provides maximum benefits and can be accomplished without opposing tension or resulting trauma. Assisted Active Isolated Stretching helps eases chronic pain from sciatica, shin splints, tight hamstrings.

Stretch on the Go
Normatec Recovery Boots
Normatec Recovery Boots are dynamic air compression boots that effectively mimic the muscle pump of the legs and arms, enhancing the movement of fluid and metabolites out of the limbs after an intense workout. The use of the Normatec boots can help relieve muscle aches and/or pain and temporarily increase circulation resulting in increased flexibility and range of motion, injury prevention, and accelerated recovery time.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is an advanced form of myofascial mobilization — similar to deep-tissue massage. It is primarily used to detect and release scar tissue, adhesions, and fascial restrictions.
Kinesio Taping
Kinesiology taping is a rehabilitative taping technique that was designed to microscopically lift the skin to improve blood and lymph flow. The goal is to help speed up healing, reduce pain and improve mobility in the injured area.
Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that involves the application of decompressed cups on the skin, creating a vacuum effect that lifts up underlying tissue such as the fascia (connective tissue) and muscles, blood and other fluid, close to the surface of the skin.
Theragun
Theragun is a handheld percussive therapy device that delivers a concentrated force to a muscle to help reduce pain and increase range of motion. Percussive therapy can increase range of motion without hampering muscle power. This treatment can be used before physical activity to help increase flexibility without sacrificing performance. You can also use this treatment after your workout to help reduce pain and prevent delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).
